Kelly Services is now hiring an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to the offsite General Manager and other front office managers. If you have excellent organizational and communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
1st Shift: Monday thru Friday Mornings - 8am until 5pm.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support offsite General Manager & other front office managers with various administrative tasks as required.
• Manage off-site General Manager’s calendar, plus other company calendars.
• Coordinate celebrations and various luncheons and pick up food and other supplies as required.
• Coordinate travel arrangements (airfare, lodging and rental cars), maintain employee travel profiles, and manage passport renewals.
• Arrange offsite meetings with local hotels and event centers.
• Coordinate visitors; reserve and prep conference rooms, assist with accommodations.
• Attend monthly management meetings; take minutes and distribute.
• Prepare slides for monthly company meetings.
• Manage employee vacation/sick time requests.
• Maintain sales agreements; electronic and physical.
• Order promotional products and coordinate with suppliers as required.
• Process insurance renewals annually.
• Maintain employee/phone listing.
• Communicate with internal/external customers via phone and email.
• Coordinate with KOCG Operations Supervisor, Manager or Director as required.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by KellyOCG management.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree & 2 years of Administrative Exp. Preferred.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
