We are seeking a part-time receptionist for the upcoming tax season that is motivated, energetic and willing to learn. This is a seasonal position. This person must be able to communicate effectively with other members of the staff and maintain a professional attitude even in the face of challenges. In this position you must strive to provide our clients with the best experience possible and work to solve problems quickly. Duties include answering and routing incoming calls, greeting customers and answering their questions in a friendly, conversational manner; filing documents, handling payments, and other may include other tasks as necessary.
This is an entry level position. The position is part time, seasonal. Background check required.
