Job Overview:
We’re seeking to add a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to provide coverage to the Impact team and coverage of the Firm’s reception desk. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of administrative support experience and can work well under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment. Given you will be supporting multiple teams and individuals, flexibility and adaptability are key. The Administrative Assistant must be reliable and able to start the workday onsite in at our Headquarters in Jersey City from 7 am - 4 pm or 8:30 am - 5:30pm, depending on firm needs.
We’ll trust you to:
Work in partnership with leadership on projects to support business and employee initiatives, including research, workflow, project plans/tracking and executive PowerPoint presentationsAssist with our recruitment coordination process by monitoring and managing candidate interview scheduling as well as candidate care (i.e., hosting)Assist the team with Proxy Voting administrative dutiesCover firm Reception responsibilities as back up supportMonitor team in boxes and respond to employee queriesMaintain complex calendars and prioritize meeting requests and related logisticsMaintain employee records and team file managementProvide general administrative duties

Previous administrative experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player with a positive attitude High attention to detail Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently Self-starter with excellent anticipation and problem solving skills Demonstrates high degree of integrity and confidentiality Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment Must have excellent judgment; independent thinker and resourceful Proficiency using the Microsoft Suite (M365) including Excel, Powerpoint. Sharepoint, Teams and Outlook (email, shared inboxes, and calendars)

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
