This is a benefited, full time position working 8-hr day shifts typically from 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays. Located at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines but may travel to satellite sites as needed (Jefferson/Oceanside and Carmel Valley).

　　Scripps Clinic Orthopedics is a high volume, multi-specialty department with multiple locations including Torrey Pines (largest site), Jefferson, Encinitas, Carmel Valley, Rancho Bernardo, and Mission Valley. The Orthopedic specialties include Hand, Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, Foot/Ankle/Podiatry, Musculoskeletal Tumors, Spine, and Interventional Pain Management.

You will have your schedule created a week in advance and will get to experience multiple specialties within our Orthopedic Department.

　　Working together, you’ll bring your expertise, compassion and excellence to all we do. Within this role, you will conduct patient care assessment and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes, work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care, perform in-basket messaging and conduct RN/Nurse visits within the department. Though majority of coverage will be at Torrey Pines, you may also be assigned to cover at other sites to assist our providers and patients.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Current California Registered Nurse LicenseCurrent BLS from American Heart AssociationPreferred Qualifications:

　　At least one year of experience as an RNPrior RN experience in an ambulatory/clinic settingPrior surgical specialty and/or float pool experience highly preferredPrevious Epic working experience preferredJob: *RN
