The ideal candidate would have experience establishing andexecuting focused procurement strategies which align company budgets andobjectives with global vendors, clients, and logistic companies. Thecandidate would have proven ability to develop successful relationships withforeign and domestic suppliers, brokers, customs officials, andtransportation companies resulting in rapid service execution. The candidatewould be a flexible, self-starter and successful negotiator, who workswell under pressure, and is comfortable with changing priorities andassignment

　　Roles and Responsibilities:Request (RFQ) quotes from multiple vendors and summarize bid comparisonsRequest approvals, produce, and issue purchase orders to vendorsOrder parts, materials, equipment rentals, subcontractor servicesfor jobsites domestically and globallyTrack materials and shipmentsReturn damaged, or no longer required parts and materialsOrganize and implement modern material control practices and purchasingproceduresUnderstand warehouse and inventory control policies and proceduresProvide customer interfacing for repeat orders and logisticsArrange Import and Export of finished and semi-finished goodsCoordinate with multiple departments to ensure compliance

　　Required Skills, Abilities and Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDStrong proficiency with Microsoft platform - PowerPoint, Excel,Word, Outlook, TeamsMust have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstratedability to work independently, and exercise sound judgment and problem solvingProfessional demeanor, and preservation of confidential informationDemonstrated flexibility with responsibilities and tasks, and provenability to prioritize tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Preferred Skills, Abilities and Requirements:Ability to find alternate qualified vendors; and negotiate best terms,pricing, and deliveryCreation of procurement policies, processes, procedures, and formsFamiliarity with chemical shipment procedures and requirements (i.e. SDS)Ability to be Hazardous Waste Shipping Certified, domestic andinternational shipments.Ability to track inventory for raw materials and finished goods using anautomated database tool

　　Physical Demands:Ability to lift up 25 pounds.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
