As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be working within the larger Accounting Department and be responsible for handling vender payments, investigating payment discrepancies, and filing other financial records.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounting role; preferably handling accounts payable.

Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One, is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities:

Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Scan and sort invoices, checks, deposits, account statements, and other financial files.

Process high volumes of bills for payment and issue checks.

Open mail and match payments to invoices.

Record business transactions and key daily worksheets in the general ledger system.

Review statements and payments for accuracy.

Ensure vendor acceptance of payments or refunds.

Assist vendors with questions on outstanding invoices.

Work with internal teams such as AR, General Expense, Freight Release, and others to resolve AP responsibilities.

Salary:

$22-$28/hour dependent on transferable experience and education level.

Education:
