You will be a great representation of ourcompany by communicating with our residential and commercial customers,along with our Commercial sales team to ensure we have all the right paperworkneeded to create new projects for our Commercial Installation team.This position requires excellent computer skills with the ability tomulti-task in a fun fast-paced working environment. If that is you, we needyou to join our team!Job Responsibilities:Backing up our receptionist by receiving calls from customers that requireservice/sales, identifying the type of call, and type of problem.Communicate with customers, supervisors, and other office personnel in aneffective and timely manner and problem solving by using good judgement.Posting received cash, checks, and credit paymentsAccounts Receivable reconciliation in collaboration with the Collections teamResearch and clean-up of unapplied cash on accountsOther general accounting duties as determinedJob Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentDetailed oriented team player with good interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environmentMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeComputer proficientPositive AttitudeWhy DH Pace?DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organizationoffering a complete range of door and door related products and commercialsecurity products.The company is privately owned and has been in operationover 95 years!
