Student and Financial Services Assistant Our client is searching for a highly organized individual to join us in a dual role to support our Student Services and Business Office. This exciting role offers the chance to work closely with an innovative and dedicated leader during a time of growth and revitalization. Key tasks include coordinating student billing, applying financial aid to student accounts, handling and recording student payments and refunds, and responding to students' questions and concerns. Additional duties involve working with academic programs to catalog courses, registering students, managing monthly credit card invoices, reconciling insurance to payroll deductions, and maintaining credit card sign-out sheets. This job is suitable for someone who embodies motivation and a high level of administrative support skill set. 1+ year relevant work experience in a Business Office/accounting environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex tasks.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially across all levels of the organization, and pleasant demeanor.
Motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience working in a college or university setting, plus
