Your responsibilities in this role

Support a variety of projects for other employees

Organize word processors, files, and faxes

Greet and instruct visitors

Field telephone calls Requirements - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systemsDeep understanding of Banking Industry

Federal Credit Union experience

Administrative Assistance experience preferred

Financial Institutions experience required

Internet research skills

Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
