We are looking for a design leader to lead the design team for the Global Experiences team which includes M365 App, focused on redefining productivity on mobile. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading design teams, developing design strategies, and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. The Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of design for M365 app being built out the India development center, including user interface design, user experience design, and visual design.

　　Responsibilities

　　Develop design strategies for M365 app that align with the product vision and business goals.

　　Lead the design team to create high-quality designs that meet user needs and business requirements.

　　Oversee all aspects of design for M365 app, including user interface design, user experience design, and visual design.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are integrated into the product development process.

　　Ensure design solutions are accessible and inclusive for all users.

　　Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

　　Manage and mentor design team members to foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

　　15+ years of experience in design, with at least 5 years of experience leading design teams.

　　Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.

　　Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

　　Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
