We support local manufactures with metal finishing services and are looking for a dependable, hard worker with a good and 'can-do' attitude, who is wanting to be a key part of our team. 　　Able to read, understand, and perform the instructions on work orders or purchase orders.```{=html}

　　```- Responsible for checking parts for any damage or any abnormality prior to blasting.

　　```- Disassemble units prior to blasting and being able to keep like unit and ID numbers associated with the correct parts.

　　```- Responsible for blasting different parts with the appropriate abrasive to achieve the correct surface specified.

　　```- Responsible for complete skid/part blow down and removal of all grit prior to moving parts to paint area or truck.

　　```- Cleaning of blast room of all grit and reclaiming it to holding hopper for sifting/size classification.

　　```- Monitor abrasive reclamation equipment and keep running efficiently.

　　```- Responsible for keeping blast room and blast hopper area clean at all times.

　　```- Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Must have good attendance, be on time, and have a good work history.```{=html}

　　```- Must have a valid driver's license and/or reliable means of transportation to and from work.

　　```- Some general knowledge of blasting and or metal finishing processes is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

　　```- Must be mechanically inclined and good with their hands, good hand eye coordination, willing to get dirty, and not overly sensitive to odors.

　　```- Must demonstrate positive character, good attitude and willingness to perform your job duties to the best of your ability.
