What you’ll do: Associate Administrator will focus on management of equipment and sales-related projects in Geneva Office. They will be responsible for assisting the Admin Manager and Admin team with overflow tasks needed to support Inside Sales and Field Sales.
Main responsibilities:
Handle logistics for Sales Chromebooks includes scheduling, shipping, and keeping materials in working order.
Asset Management for tablecloths, light rings, banners, monitors, etc. held in Geneva.
Coordinate inventory on promo items under National Field Sales/Inside Sales held in Geneva. Includes tracking the shipment.
Onsite contact for in-person meetings held in Geneva or Evanston.
Backup for Regional Administrators.
Projects: As determined by Sr. Office Manager.
What you’ll need:(Required to perform this role)
3-5 years of experience in administrative area of responsibility
Proficient in MS Office
Demonstrates time management skills
Possesses good communication skills
Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing)
Constantly operate a computer
Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings
Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
Must be willing to occasionally travel to support meetings, including weekends.
Education and Experience
3-5 years of experience in administrative area of responsibility
Proficient in MS Office
Demonstrates time management skills
Possesses good communication skills
Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.
Benefits and Salary Range
Salary Range: $40K - $42.5K
