About Admin Assistant

　　Position works closely with Property Manager to assist in marketing and managing apartment rentals. Requires the ability to learn and perform accounting duties, intake of rents and deposits and track local expenses. Position is also required to show properties, become knowledgeable on local offerings, answer questions on transportation, utilities, schools and other tenant questions. Work week is generally Monday to Friday 9 to 5, occasional call outs for emergencies. Phone and computer skills required, able to lift 30 pounds occasionally and a valid drivers license.
