  Requisition Summary

  The Supply Chain Diligence Manager will play a leading role in identifying potential supply chain risks using advanced analytical tools and their knowledge of the global supply chain.

  This role will have responsibility for:

  I dentifying, preventing, and mitigating adverse impacts on the entire supply chain operations, as it relates to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, forced labor and compliance with various import/export regulations.

  Extending the risk mitigation process to suppliers and business partners from Tier 1 - 5 suppliers, mapping supply chain through multiple tiers, and supporting our Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) certification program through regular audits and reporting.

  Developing new programs for compliance and risk mitigation to ensure compliance with import/export regulatory requirements.

  Establishing standards and metrics to maintain high-quality risk identification and remediation solutions. Strong analytical and communication skills are required to effectively succeed in this role.

  Job Functions / Responsibilities

  Execute International Supplier risk assessments.

  Lead Global Supplier continuous screening and monitoring.

  Assist with driving supplier CTPAT Program compliance.

  Assist in developing and providing CTPAT targeted training for PACCAR suppliers.

  Conduct security audits of all PACCAR facilities.

  Verify trading relationships with emphasis on potential high-risk import/export relationships.

  Supply Chain Mapping of product components from core inputs to final product.

  Refine, improve, and build upon current risk assessment practices and procedures.

  Initiate corrective action and collaborative remediation for identified risks.

  Global Support / resource for Supplier intelligence.

  Skills / Competencies

  Strong presentation and communication skills.

  Strong working knowledge and experience related to prevention of human trafficking, child and slave labor, import, export and sanctions, Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and related regulations.

  Working knowledge of OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence).

  Experience working with supply chain analytics and reporting requirements.

  Licensed U.S. Customs Broker preferred.

  Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally.

  Passion for working with global sanctions, policies, human rights, and trade compliance law/regulations.

  Management / supervisory experience preferred.

  Qualifications

  7 years’ experience in supply chain due diligence, trade compliance or related role.

  Experience in supply chain management.

  Education

  Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Transportation, Business, or related field required

  Master of Business Administration preferred

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint

We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for Supply Chain Compliance Manager role is $93,000 - $145,500 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above. This is a safety-sensitive position, and the pre-employment drug testing includes cannabis testing.
