  Description

  PURPOSE STATEMENT:

  Perform clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments.

  COMPENSATION:

  Compensation for roles at THE CAMP RECOVERY CENTER varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, THE CAMP RECOVERY CENTER provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.

  Role Location: CALIFORNIA

  Calculated Hourly Range for role Administrative Assistant:

  State - California: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.

  AVAILABLE SHIFTS AND HOURS

  Full time position. Shifts are 8-hours and are overtime eligible.

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

  -Perform general clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the facility.

  -Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages.

  -Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail.

  -Schedule appointments and receive visitors.

  -Provide general information to staff, clients or the public.

  -Type, format or edit routine memos or other reports.

  -Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents.

  -Prepare and process bills and other office documents.

  -Collect information and perform data entry.

  OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  -General cleanliness of the reception area -Be present for client questions/concerns -Outpatient liaison for vendors and building maintenance

  Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  High School diploma or equivalent.

  LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

  None.

  ADDITIONAL REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:

  First Aid and CPR Certification.
