  About the Team

  Our Ad Operations team is essential to enabling flawless ad campaign executions and ensuring an optimized experience for both our users and brand partners. This team lends their technical and operational know how to help better support and inform our sales and planning teams, our clients, and our product teams, ensuring we continue to offer best-in-class platform capabilities for brands of all sizes. We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Specialist who can jump in and cover a wide range of technical responsibilities, from coordinating cross-functionally to trafficking campaigns and quarterbacking the campaign reservation process. This person should be a pro-active and technical problem solver, interested in working hands-on to support the continued improvement of our ad platform capabilities and troubleshooting independently.

  Responsibilities

  • Streamline the holistic ad operations process from campaign planning, execution, to reporting and measurement.

  • Monitor campaign delivery to make sure campaigns reach the target audience, run smoothly, and exceed brands' expectations; this includes collaborating with teams for creatives, troubleshooting for trafficking, managing daily ads delivery reports, and escalating to third-party vendors if needed.

  • Client-facing communications: Serve as an important point of contact and support account manager for client communications; own the set-up process, campaign management, and ads execution of several top accounts, while maintaining a high-quality standard for the Ad Operations team to ensure accuracy.

  • Strategic Ads planning: Provide consultation to clients on the correct setup of campaigns, tagging, targeting, and the use of mobile app, social video and ad technologies to meet clients' needs.

  • Cross-team collaboration: Support Brand Strategists, Account Managers, Brand Partnership Managers, in collaboration with new partner measurement feasibility, management of new partners requests, testings, and ads performance optimization.

  • Measurement and Analytics: Responsible for conducting analysis and measurement on ads performance through data, providing insights on ads effects, target audience, media planning, and offering recommendations for optimization on brand objectives.

  Qualifications

  Qualifications

  • 2+ years ad operations experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields

  • Previous experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, Internet, and technology in agencies

  • Familiar with paid media campaigns

  • Experience with clients or agencies

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

  • Hands-on experience with third-party ad serving and/or order management systems preferred

  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative spirit in cross-team communication globally and cross-culturally.

  • A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done

  • Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
