　　The Role:

　　We are seeking a young graduate for Accounts Receivable and Order Management.

　　Key responsibilities include:

　　learn how to do and participate in the activities of the AR team, including the launching the AR activity on the General Ledger (GL)

　　preparing reports that detail the balances due or to be collected from customers at a given time

　　process AR-related activities

　　support the preparation of credit/collection reports

　　accessing customer portals to consult information

　　access the various systems on the various sites to update prices according to new purchase orders

　　Who you’ll be:

　　By the end of the internship, you will have the knowledge and ability to execute the Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including, for example, the receipt/deposit of payments, collecting money from customers, depositing it in bank accounts and making the respective entries in the account books. processing of customer orders for production, both manually and automatically (EDI), and you will be able to update prices in the systems and consult information on customer portals.

　　Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required:

　　Degree in Finance, Accounting or Management

　　Good analytical skills and attention to detail

　　Excellent organizational and communication skills

　　Language Skills: English
