Mix of 8/12 hour day/eveningshifts scheduled Monday - Friday and every other weekend, between thehours of 7:00 am - 11:30 pm. Hours may vary based on the operationalneeds of the department. We areseeking a Health Unit Coordinator to: * Utilize excellent communicationand organizational skills to support patient care. * Collaborate withthe clinical team to coordinate all aspects of patient care includingpatient admissions, transfers, and discharges. * Use high level ofattention to detail to maintain accurate electronic health records andperform other duties of a clerical nature. * Maintain control and orderunder stressful conditions and periods of high unit activity, whileutilizing effective and respectful communication with patients,families, and the health care team.
