As an Accounts Payable Specialist on our Financeteam, you\'ll ensure bills from vendors are paid accurately and on timefor our growing North American company! Better together! This positionis on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position Responsibilities Process invoices from vendors to determinethat all outstanding balances are approved and paid on time. Codeinvoices accurately to general ledger accounts, verifying properdocumentation and approval. Review vendor statements, resolving anydiscrepancies or outstanding balances directly with the vendor. Managethe invoice hold report, working with internal departments to resolveany discrepancies. Identify anomalies or changes in invoices todetermine if an issue exists. Communicate professionally and effectivelyover phone and email with vendors and business partners. MinimumRequirements High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor\'s degree inFinance / Accounting or a related field is preferred. Previous accountspayable or billing experience is a plus, but if you\'re willing tolearn, we will train you! Proficient in Microsoft Office. Oracleexperience a plus. Reliable and dedicated with excellent attention todetail.
