Description:

　　Assist with vouchering invoices for payment according to established processes and controls to ensure prompt payment; assist with required follow up; assist with vendor statement review, and other miscellaneous accounts payable duties.

　　Recently shifted their financial system in Oracle. One of the major thing is the supplier portal. This person will be helping to get the suppliers and making sure to get their information into the portal. How to log in and how to check everything. To get them spend authorized. That is one of the major things right now.

　　Another thing is working with invoices and statements.

　　Qualifications:

　　Accounts payable experience, knowledge of accounts payable software, preferably Oracle, communication skills.

　　Invoice vouchering

　　Assigning 1099 withholding codes

　　Working vendor statements

　　Supplier contact via email, phone and/or mail

　　Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills

　　Other duties as assigned

　　High School Diploma

　　1-2 years experience
