　　About the FSSC team:

　　The FSSC team is dedicated to efficiently and accurately managing all incoming and outgoing cash transactions in a controlled and timely manner, aligning with our mission.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　- Payment Processing: Review and approve daily payment requests from global vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Evaluate financial terms of global contracts, ensuring adherence to company standards.

　　- Employee Support: Address employee queries related to Accounts Payable (AP) processes. Assist employees in resolving AP issues, guiding them through the payment flow.

　　- Collaboration: Provide AP education to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing understanding of payment procedures. Collaborate effectively with various departments within TikTok, identifying solutions and supporting business operations.

　　- Problem Resolution and Support: Offer support for ad hoc AP matters, resolving challenges promptly and efficiently.

　　Qualifications

　　- Professional experience: Accounts Payable experience, preferably in the Technology or Internet sector.

　　- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur and Oracle preferred.

　　- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering good team spirit and collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

　　- Personal Attributes: Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality. Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy, dynamic environment, demonstrating a willingness to tackle challenges.
