　　About the Team

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team to cover Fixed Assets at TikTok US Data Security. As the Accountant - Fixed Assets, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting principles related to fixed assets. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about contributing to the success of a dynamic and rapidly growing global company.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Fixed Assets Management:

　　- Oversee the entire fixed assets lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.

　　- Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations of fixed asset accounts.

　　- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures related to fixed assets.

　　- Financial Reporting:

　　- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to fixed assets for internal and external stakeholders.

　　- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

　　- Compliance:

　　- Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations related to fixed assets.

　　- Ensure adherence to international accounting standards and statutory requirements.

　　- Process Improvement and system Maintenance:

　　- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in fixed assets management.

　　- Work closely with the team to implement best practices and enhance overall financial processes.

　　- Work with Fixed Asset COE/EA team on necessary system setup and maintenance requirements.

　　- Audit Support:

　　- Support internal and external audits related to fixed assets.

　　- Provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors as required.

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

　　- Minimum of 4 years of experience in fixed assets accounting, with a proven track record of success.

　　- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, particularly related to fixed assets.

　　- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

　　- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

　　- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is preferred.

　　- Fluency in Mandarin: Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is considered a plus, given TikTok's global presence and diverse user base is preferred.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $117000 - $178000 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
