We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity for career growth within both the accounting and administrative realms. Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Management:
Efficiently process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Code and enter bills into the ERP system for timely payment.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for payments.
Administrative Duties:
Cross-train with office staff to provide support in various administrative tasks.
Assist with general office management and contribute to the overall efficiency of daily operations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to accounts payable and administrative matters.
ERP Systems Knowledge:
Utilize expertise in ERP systems to navigate, extract data, and generate reports as needed.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the ERP system, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Microsoft Office Proficiency:
Utilize MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, for various accounting and administrative tasks.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
Team and Company Growth:
Actively contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the finance and administrative team.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Participate in cross-functional training initiatives to enhance overall team capabilities.
