　　We are looking for a Commercial Manager for our Commercial departament (a team of 7 colleagues) with the following responsabilities:

　　The desired strategies are successfully accomplished by managing the sales team

　　Create a strong business relationship with the senior level sales executive of the company to identify and pursue the scopes for business development.

　　Maintain the effective coordination with the sales, marketing and executive team to make it function smoothly.

　　Planning and executing of both short and long term revenue deriving strategies of the company.

　　Manage the different aspects of the commercial and other related field of the company.

　　Successfully handle the both short and long-term commercial ventures.

　　Qualifications

　　Extensive Sales experience in the Prestige Beauty / Consumer Goods industry

　　Strong Leadership skills

　　7 years experience in Marketing/Commercial

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills

　　Great ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders

　　Established relationships with key Beauty Retailers in the market
