　　Project Managing our Customer's sales orders and order detailsProcessing estimatesProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availabilityKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, commentsCommunicating and coordinating with Engineering, Production, and the Sales Team as necessary                                Your Experience and Skills:Previous experience in sales or working with custom kitchen designers, architects and/or interior designers is a plusDemonstrated Skill as Customer AdvocateInnovative Problem-Solving SkillsHigh Percentage of Achievement to TargetsEar-to-Ear Telephone Interactions and Follow UpAbility to Manage Multiple PrioritiesExcellent Communication Skills (verbal and written in the English Language)Strict Attention To DetailsAbility to work effectively within teamsHighly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) and willing to learn additional information systems and/or software e.g. NetSuite. Skilled in E-mail communication, particularly OutlookPrevious experience reading drawings/diagrams a large plusPrevious experience with QuickBooks also a large plus*          Company Perks:*
