Description:

　　Product Engineer

　　Translates and modifies sales or customer specifications (designs) into mechanical drawings for mass production

　　Generates 3D models and drawings for final fabrication and production assemblies.

　　Revises BOM and Drawings per Specifications and generate Bills of Material for MRP system.

　　Performs product structure and design fit up analysis.

　　Provides technical assistance related to product design

　　Questions and suggests product specifications to Sales Department.

　　Proposes and suggests important engineering issues to Engineering Manager

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Education:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred.

　　1-3 years experience or Bachelors degree (Associates with experience will be considered)

　　Skills: High level of creativity, sound judgment, technical knowledge, excellent communication and decision making skills required.

　　Knowledge of computers, measuring instruments such as gauges, test rigs, etc.

　　Software knowledge (AutoCAD, CATIA, SmarTeam, Word, Excel, Outlook).

　　Ability to adapt to evolving MRP/ERP system implementations.

　　Travel: Only as needed.
