Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a short-term contract / temporary Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to become an essential part of a rapidly growing team at a dynamic company. The Accounts Payable Clerk will update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, process checks, process expense reports, resolve A/P issues, and match, batch, and code invoices.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Assist with internal and external audits as needed

　　Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

　　Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling

　　Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

　　Perform special projects as assigned

　　Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department

　　Conduct full-cycle A/P

　　Requirements

　　Microsoft Excel experience required

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience

　　High-Volume Data Entry experience

　　High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

　　Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
