Qualifications: Proven work experience intechnical writing, demonstrating ability to synthesize and chunkmultiple source of information into knowledge management categories withprocedural, process and conceptual information for an insuranceoperations area. Ability to grasp complex concepts needed as well asability to adhere to established writing guidelines.
