Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Andover, Massachusetts. As an integral part of our team, your key responsibilities will revolve around the comprehensive management of accounts payable, including the processing of invoices and the maintenance of accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process invoices in a timely manner, ensuring all details are captured and recorded.

• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to maintain and update financial records.

• Conduct regular check runs to maintain the financial liquidity of the company.

• Manage the vouchering process for accounts payable to ensure accurate record keeping.

• Employ data entry skills to keep customer credit applications updated and accurate.

• Handle the coding of invoices, ensuring the right accounts are charged for purchases.

• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed.

• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the financial team by maintaining accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experienced in performing Check Runs

• Skilled in Coding Invoices

• Capable of Data Entry tasks

• Proficient in Invoice Processing

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Experience with Voucher handling
