Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Corinth, Texas. This role is fully on-site and primarily involves processing check runs, maintaining vendor relations, and assisting in the transition to a new software system.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of check runs to ensure efficient and accurate payments

• Maintain strong vendor relations by addressing any potential issues or inquiries in a timely manner

• Contribute to the transition to a new software system, assisting in data migration and user training

• Use Microsoft Excel for basic to intermediate functions, including data entry and journal entries

• Reconcile account information to maintain accurate financial records

• Utilize QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle for various accounts payable tasks

• Perform coding of invoices to ensure proper categorization of expenses

• Handle all aspects of invoice processing, from receipt to payment

• Assist in the maintenance of financial data, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential

• Solid experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Ability to perform Check Runs effectively

• Demonstrated skills in Coding Invoices

• Must possess strong Data Entry capabilities

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing is necessary

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is a must

• Familiarity with Oracle software is desired

• Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial

• Knowledge of SAP software is preferable
