Temp to do basic stuff- Urgent payments and vendor maintenance - simple AP stuff -- going to take a while to get SOP's together

Temp to do routine stuff- repetitive work

NOT high stress

someone who is familiar with AP, Check Cutting- Curget platform Payments

does not need to know system- Pay Cargo --they will train

updating Vendor info- updating bank account info, address changes etc. -- very simple

someone who can use Excel- NO formulas, V look ups

Monday start would be ideal-- Remote Thursday and Friday

need a temp for 2-3 months Minimum -- could go longer

slight potential for perm role to open up- Requirements Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP
