　　Position DetailsMake a meaningful impact as a Vocational Specialist, leading consumer engagement through the Supported Employment model in community settings, driving job development, placement, and coaching. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, guiding skill development, and aiding individuals toward employment or further education milestones. Active consumer engagement and participation in Community Support Planning meetings are essential.Our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model supports individuals with serious mental illnesses who may not have experienced success or haven't found effective support within traditional outpatient programs. We offer tailored services emphasizing relationship-building and active involvement in enhancing functioning and symptom management.Join our team delivering personalized support, and empowering individuals to maintain residences and jobs within the community. 　　Requirements

　　The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree. Preferred focus on rehabilitation counseling.1-2 years of experience supporting individuals managing mental illness for candidates without the preferred bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling will be considered.Proficiency in recovery principles and working within a recovery-driven system.Valid Driver's License. Travel is necessary to offer support across Washington and Greene County.
