Description There is an opening at a promising Architecture company via Robert Half for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk interested in developing their career. To succeed in this role, you will need to match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. 　　Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling

　　Execute additional tasks as needed

　　Provide support to internal business partners

　　Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

　　Complete full-cycle A/P

　　Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

　　Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

　　Assist with internal and external audits as needed

　　Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents Requirements - Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases

　　Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　Highly organized and self-motivated

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience

　　Corporate Credit Card experience highly desired

　　Account Coding experience

　　Maintain Vendor Files experience preferred

　　Strong familiarity with Form 1099

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
