Job Description

Position supports Salesforce Administrative needs for Alliance Business Banking teams including preparing reports, developing dashboards, assigning leads, leads management, user management, and onboarding of applications into nCino. The position is directly responsible for managing the pipeline of commercial real estate transactions through nCino in coordination with underwriting and post-underwriting teams, works directly with customers to obtain information required in the underwriting process, and coordinates with third party teams such as title companies, and outside counsel. Position also supports back-end loan monitoring for exceptions, helps to clear exceptions and makes recommendations on process improvement to avoid processing delays and exceptions. Must have high level of technical, administrative, and organization skills. Business Banking Relationship Analysts partner with assigned Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage Business Banking relationships and the loan portfolio. Contributes to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities may include analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive written analysis, managing credit quality within the team’s credit portfolio, providing guidance to customers, identifying and successfully capitalizing on opportunities to deepen and expand existing relationships, managing credit risk, and responding to prospect or customer credit questions.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Two to three years of Business Banking experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship

Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure

Demonstrated understanding of intermediate financial accounting and analysis

Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships

Effective verbal and written communication skills

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there is an expectation to work onsite or be with customers three or more days a week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00 - $98,120.00
