System One is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a well-established company in the Tulsa, OK area. This position will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and will require someone willing to continually prioritize throughout the day. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional Accounts Payable support to the accounting team.

　　Requirements:

　　Process customer payables, electronic signatures, invoices, and vouchers in a timely manner

　　Assess, review, scan and organize client documents electronically in a logical structure; retrieve documents as required

　　Reconcile accounts monthly and follow up on outstanding items

　　Maintain vendor relations by completing payments, monitoring terms, and scheduling electronic payments

　　Complete monthly accrual in a timely manner

　　Maintain schedule of clients with monthly or quarterly review of financials and consult with the consulting executive or manager and the service area leader

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma required

　　Experience in professional services or a dynamic professional services environment is ideal; two years of administrative professional and accounts payable experience is essential

　　Knowledge with various Microsoft Office applications especially Excel

　　Excellent organizational and analytical skills are required, as well as professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Ability to fulfill tight deadlines
