IMMEDIATE OPENING!

　　New franchise looking for a skilled Mobile Building Engineer to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning at multiple stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying basic fixes to buildings and ensuring facilities are clean, guest-ready, and consistently maintained.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform basic preventative maintenance on food service equipment (ice machines, coffee equipment, toasters, etc.)

　　Perform repairs in the following areas: plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

　　Perform repairs and/or install new restaurant equipment and fixtures.

　　Performs tasks such as painting and repairing cosmetic issues in some locations.

　　Collaborate with workers and other professionals during repairs and renovations to accomplish tasks within the flow of business.

　　Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory.

　　Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory.

　　Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable and have experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC systems, and commercial refrigeration. Maintain excellent communication skills & be able to work independently.

　　HVAC Certification required.

　　2 years of experience in facilities repairs and maintenance.

　　Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

　　Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds.

　　Ability to work with moving mechanical parts, heated surfaces, liquids, humid, or freezing conditions.

　　Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and other high places.

　　Willingness and ability to be involved with emergency on call rotation including nights and weekends.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.

　　Refrigeration Certification preferred.

　　Commercial refrigeration and/or commercial cooking equipment repair experience.

　　Restaurant experience preferred.

　　Self-motivated with the proven ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision.
