As Principal Software Engineer within the Dynamics 365 Business Central team, you are actively involved in developing and maintain a highly scalable world class service tailored products to support diverse business functions that incorporate artificial intelligence across various business processes.

Responsibilities
Own and deliver product experiences end-to-end.
Develop “best-in-class” engineering for our products by ensuring all the components are well-defined and modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored and reusable.
Gain a working understanding of Microsoft businesses and collaborate with mentors and leaders to contribute to cohesive, end-to-end experiences for our users.
Focus on customer/partner needs through a data driven approach.
Troubleshoot and optimize automation, reliability, and monitoring for Live Site issues.
Participate in on-call rotations to support and debug customer-reported issues as well as internally created incidents.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND extensive technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, F#, Python, TypeScript/modern JavaScript, Rust, or C.
Have technical leadership experience of guiding team members in complex long-term projects.
Communicate the design, project progress, and ideas clearly, both in writing and in a real-time setting.
Robust background in working with SQL, displayingproficiency in database design, query optimization, and data management. With hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining SQL databases.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and distributed computing
Knowledge in Data Science, Generative AI and Engineering
