　　We are looking for a Real Time Trading Manager who will oversee and coordinate a team of real time traders. This highly visible position coordinates the schedules for team, sets P&L goals, meets with management to discuss strategies. The responsibility of the Mgr. Real-Time Trading & Operations is to develop and maintain an organization that is able effectively manage the 24x7 operations of the Generation Portfolio. Job Responsibilities

　　· Proactively motivate team to build process redundancy across portfolio. Ensure robust understanding of documented processes across all portfolios with ability to implement shared responsibilities when necessary.

　　· Maintain thorough understanding of ISO tariffs, manuals, Fuel Cost Policies and procedures governing real-time operations.

　　· Initiate process improvement recommendations and contribute to improving procedures, tools, training materials on the desk.

　　· Manage multiple P/L spreadsheets to capture gains/losses.

　　· A minimum of five years of experience in Real Time or Day Ahead Electricity trading or operations is preferred.

　　· Demonstrate the ability to respond to emergencies & manage stressful situations.
