　　Job Description :

　　Invoice Processing:

　　Accurately process a high volume of vendor invoices on a timely basis.Ensure compliance with company policies and coding standards.Expense Management:

　　Handle employees' expense claims, verifying receipts and adherence to policies.Process expense reports efficiently and accurately.Payment Settlement:

　　Ensure proper and timely settlement of all invoices from vendors.Manage payment runs and coordinate with the finance team for approvals.Query Resolution:

　　Address and resolve queries related to accounts payable and expense claims.Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.Reconciliation and Analysis:

　　Prepare detailed vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Regularly analyze accounts payable aging and maintain up-to-date records.Project Participation:

　　Actively participate in projects and system enhancements related to accounts payable.Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

　　Requirements :

　　Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or related field.Over 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Positive attitude and effective teamwork skills.Experience with Oracle Cloud system and Finance SSC.Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
