　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Knowledge and hands-on in Rapid Response authoring and Applications such as Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory, DRP, Capacity etc or RR integration

　　Strong understanding of Business Flows and corresponding Technical Architecture of Supply Chain process.

　　In-depth knowledge in different seeded resources like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc.

　　At least Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Consultant L1 certification.

　　Ability to review existing systems and tools and recommend improvement opportunities.

　　Deep understanding and clarity about the RR algorithms/Data models/Integration/Best practices.

　　Worked in at least 1 Kinaxis Rapid Response full implementation project.

　　Strong ability to guide and mentor the Kinaxis practice and help in building the competency for the team.

　　Be a part of an Agile project team utilizing the Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnering with business stakeholders.

　　Provide necessary inputs in end-to-end design, documentations, blueprint and RFP responses.

　　Educational qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MBA/MS/M.Tech in supply chain

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management

　　Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

　　Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
