　　Are you a dynamic and disciplined Accounting Manager with a passion for real estate accounting? We're looking for someone who has a strong background in property accounting, excellent communication, and writing skills as well as a knack for managing multiple complex tasks with order and finesse. This could be your chance to play a key role in the success of our diversified team.

　　As the Accounting Manager, you will become a vital leader for our property-level accounting staff, providing oversight and guidance whilst carrying out reviews of property-level workpapers. You'll be working closely with our dedicated accounting team and will be primarily responsible for the company's real estate tax accounting.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Guiding our strong property accounting team and overseeing their performance.

　　Reviewing financial documents including monthly and quarterly property level financial statements and reconciliations.

　　Assisting in the company's property-level budget process and supporting the creation of property-level financial data.

　　Interacting at a high level with on-site and off-site property managers, auditors and tax preparers, as well as internal staff.

　　Upholding compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Program.

　　Requirements

　　5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate Accounting

　　Command of financial statement preparation

　　Real estate tax experience

　　Public Accounting Audit experience preferred

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

　　Strong problem-solving skills

　　Solid technical skills

　　Working knowledge of Yardi preferred

　　CPA/MBA preferred
