We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
Drives multiple complex operational processes, such as Compliance queries and solutions, resolve data management cases, Contracts complex situations and non-standard cases.
Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.
Produces moderately to highly complex deliverables, analyses and reports using business applications, making recommendations and/or decisions on common issues.
Drives continuous process refinement and improvement by applying a solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
Understands complex business issues and makes appropriate recommendations by applying intermediate subject matter expertise.
Provides guidance and leadership to entry level employees.
Education and Experience Required:
First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
Typically 4-6 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.
Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required, Portuguese is a plus
Strong knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel, Power BI,)
Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team
Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
Project Management skills and customer relationship management
Power BI dashboard creation
Demonstrated passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
Ability to empathize with customers and tailor solutions to their unique requirements
Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address customer issues.
