　　Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

　　As a Systems Administrator, you play a vital role in managing andmaintaining our client\'s computer systems and networks. Yourresponsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including installing,configuring, and maintaining server hardware and software. You areresponsible for ensuring that systems are secure, up-to-date, andperform optimally. You manage user accounts, permissions, and accesscontrols, ensuring that data remains protected. You routinely monitorsystem performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updatesand patches. Disaster recovery planning and data backups are also withinyour purview as you safeguard against potential data loss and systemfailures. In addition to your technical skills, you possess strongproblem-solving abilities and often serve as a crucial point of contactfor addressing IT-related issues within an organization. Your role ispivotal in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our client\'sIT infrastructure.

　　Provide enterprise systems maintenance and repair, maintain servers,software systems, and networks.

　　Implement, troubleshoot, diagnose, validate, and resolve hardware,software, firmware, and network problems for system administrators.

　　Configure, maintain, and upgrade network connection devices, networkhardware/software equipment, and automation equipment, to includerunning utility software, isolating client, server, or peripheralconfiguration problems, cleaning file systems of extraneous temporaryand log files, and maintaining the approved system baseline.

　　Support the acquisition, planning, integration, implementation,accreditation/authorization, and analysis of critical structures,processes, policies, tools, and products to ensure that they provide theappropriate technologies and functionalities of a specified system.

　　Coordinate installation, network implementation, and operation ofsystems with the host unit, planners, and external system programoffices.

　　Assist Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and InformationSystems Security Officer (ISSO) in providing systems securitymanagement, technical analysis, and documentation support.

　　Administer user accounts, file permissions, print queues, load andconfigure software packages, updates, and patches and perform systembackups.

　　Provide technical support to include troubleshooting user operatingproblems, application problems, system configuration issues andmalfunctions, and network operating problems.

　　Identify communication service requirements, system architectures anddesigns; perform analysis, design, and create integration/implementation plans with required documentation.

　　Analyze and provide recommendations regarding emerging network relatedtechnologies.
