Description

　　Accounting Clerks looking to grow their careers with a thriving company might find the perfect job with Robert Half. This reputable business's Accounting Clerk position handles matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry, and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). This permanent Accounting Clerk position is located in the Lodi, Ohio, area. 　　This is a direct hire position with standard business hours. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM!

　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Complete other related duties and assist with special projects as needed

　　Reconcile discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required

　　Handle Accounts Receivable tasks: process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, and help with collection of past due balance

　　Assist accounts payable with vendor invoices and disbursement filing and with A/P invoice matching & filing

　　Assist with some HR administration duties

　　Data entry of information into accounting software

　　Accurate, swift, data entry abilities-2+ years of general accounting experience

　　-Strong organizational skills

　　Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

　　Prior knowledge in Spreadsheet and ERP system
