Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for an accounting analyst in Northwest Houston. This analyst will be responsible for 30% of vendors for AP and invoice payments, ensuring all proper documentation is retained, verifying all vendor invoices are within PO/agreement terms, track/record/and ensure records retention requirements and documents are maintained and compliant, process telecom payments, record in Quickbooks, process all vendor payments, assists CFO, etc. This person handles a wide variety of accounts payable work including maintenance of and preparing reports on budget and expenditure records, ensuring AMEX transactions are recorded, assist in issues, and must provide excellent customer service and high level of professionalism.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　2-4 years of experience in an accounting analyst/ accounts payable role

　　Experience with Quickbooks

　　Proficient in MS Excel

　　Comfortable working onsite 5 days a week

　　Experience with AR/AP

　　Strong communication skills

　　Associates or BS Degree (Accounting Preferred) Experience with MS Access and/or database building & query software

　　BS Degree in Accounting null
