  The Role

  Do you want to be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions? Within our Network Services team at Kyndryl, you will be the go-to expert for providing top-of-the-line technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols, ensuring that our customers have the best possible network infrastructure to support their business needs.

  This role involves a 24/7 support shift model with 8-hour rotations, without on-call duties.

  Key responsibilities include:

  Solving complex incidents ranging from R&S, Citrix ADC, NSX, Wireless, Azure and ISP related issues.

  Implementing diverse types of changes.

  Interpreting intricate scenarios for your peers and customers.

  Building stronger network infrastructures and being a part of a team who is changing the world.

  Cooperating extensively with global 3rd parties’ suppliers.

  Who You Are

  Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  At least 2 years of working experience in Networking

  Proven knowledge, experience in troubleshooting, switching, routing

  Good written and verbal English communication skills

  CCNA or equivalent, JNCP, other vendor certifications

  Hands on F5 or Citrix ADC, Cisco ISE would be added advantage

  Experience with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto devices

  Experience of Network security, WAN, WI-FI, etc.

  Working knowledge of ITIL - Incident, Problem and Change Management.

  Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  Proven knowledge, experience in troubleshooting, R&S, Wireless, Azure, Cisco DNA, ISE.

  Experience with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto devices, Citrix ADC/F5
