Description We are in the Healthcare/NHS industry, located in Canoga Park, California, and currently offer a long term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant. As part of the team, you will be expected to handle accounting functions with precision, manage accounting entries, and use various accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of account coding

• Utilize ERP Solutions and Dynamics NAV in performing daily tasks

• Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts payable (AP)

• Use Adobe Acrobat for document handling and management

• Ensuring account analysis is performed and recorded meticulously

• Execution of accounting functions with proficiency

• Regular updating and maintenance of accounting software systems

• Assuring accuracy in accounting entries and records

• Account reconciliation, ensuring all entries match the financial records. Requirements

• Entry-level position; no previous years of experience required

• Familiarity with accounting functions and processes

• Proficiency in account coding is desired

• Knowledge in using accounting software systems

• Understanding of ERP Solutions is preferred

• Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation

• Experience with accounting entries is advantageous

• Knowledge in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is preferred
