　　Summary of Position:

　　Perform skilled trades work in operating and maintaining boilers and associated equipment of University owned property. Coordinate with contracted partners and University staff to maintain required regulatory information, coordinate required inspections and coordinate vendor support. Currently the anticipated shift for this position will be S-Th, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am.Assignment requires availability to work other shifts as needed and the ability to respond to emergency calls. Required to carry pagers. If required by job duties, employee must be able to fulfill the University requirements concerning issuance and use of University keys.
