Responsibilities

　　The University of Rochester is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Coach for the Women’s Volleyball Program. This is a full-time position. Requirements include previous collegiate volleyball or coaching experience, CPR and First Aid Certification. Candidates should possess good organizational, interpersonal communication, and basic computer skills. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Coach with the administration and leadership of the Volleyball Program by providing coaching and instruction on and off the court during training and practice activities. Duties include, but are not limited to training, recruiting, team travel, strength and conditioning, practice preparation, equipment management, fundraising, alumni relations, video analysis and camps and clinics. He/she must represent the University of Rochester and help ensure team compliance with all NCAA, and institutional rules and regulations. 　　Pay Range

　　Pay Range: $34,320 - $44,616 Annually

　　The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
