Description

　　We are currently partnering with a local construction client to find a highly skilled and motivated In-House Accountant to join their finance team. As the In-House Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of the organization and its related companies, by maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring expenditures, and providing insightful financial analysis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive accountant to contribute to the success of the construction company.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Work in Progress Accounting:

　　Monthly preparation of assigned Project Work in Progress (WIP) reports.Financial Record Keeping:

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statements.Intercompany Transactions:

　　Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.Budget Management:

　　Assist in the development, monitoring, and analysis of project budgets, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary limits.Financial Reporting:

　　Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review.Tax Compliance:

　　Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.Financial Audits:

　　Collaborate with external auditors during annual financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support.Financial Forecasting:

　　Assist in financial forecasting and planning, helping the company make informed financial decisions.
